Ordering & Delivery • Orders placed through Ubuntu Market are processed promptly during business hours. • Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to demand, traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. By purchasing from Manyi's Tasty through Ubuntu Market, customers acknowledge and agree to this Vendor Policy. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy 1. Order Cancellation Customers may cancel an order free of charge before the order has been accepted and preparation has commenced. Once food preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible due to the perishable nature of the products and the costs already incurred in preparing the order. In such cases, Manyi's Tasty reserves the right to charge the full order amount. 2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) In accordance with German Civil Code (BGB) and applicable EU consumer protection regulations, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to: • Freshly prepared meals and food products that are perishable; • Catering services scheduled for a specific date or period; • Customized food orders prepared according to customer specifications. By placing an order for prepared food products, customers acknowledge that such products are exempt from the standard withdrawal right where permitted by law. 3. Returns Due to food safety, hygiene, and quality control requirements, food products cannot be returned once delivered or collected. 4. Refund Eligibility Refunds, partial refunds, replacements, or store credits may be granted in the following circumstances: • Incorrect items were delivered; • Items are missing from the order; • Food arrives damaged or unsuitable for consumption; • An order cannot be fulfilled by Manyi's Tasty after payment has been received; • Delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to Manyi's Tasty. Claims should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and should include relevant details and, where appropriate, photographic evidence. 5. Delivery Issues Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Refunds will generally not be provided where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or inaccurate contact information supplied by the customer. 6. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. 7. Catering Orders Cancellations of catering bookings must be submitted in writing. • More than 7 days before the event: Full refund less any non-recoverable costs already incurred. • 3–7 days before the event: Up to 50% cancellation charge may apply. • Less than 72 hours before the event: Up to 100% of the agreed catering fee may be retained. 8. All requests will be reviewed promptly and fairly in accordance with applicable German law.
