Welcome to my 1:1 Online Cake Masterclass – a private live baking experience created to help you take your cake skills to the next level. During our session, you’ll learn how to create either a beautiful Vintage Cake or a creative Motif/Theme Cake from start to finish. But this class is about much more than simply following a recipe. I’ll share the knowledge behind my techniques, explain why certain methods work and help you understand how to create cakes confidently on your own. Depending on your chosen cake and experience level, we can cover everything from cake layers, fillings and cream consistency to stacking, smooth finishes, piping techniques, decorations and troubleshooting. Since this is a private 1:1 class, the experience is completely tailored to you. You can ask questions throughout the session, get direct feedback and focus on exactly the techniques you want to improve. The masterclass takes place live and completely online, which means you can join from anywhere in the world. Classes are available in both German and English. Whether you’re a beginner or already an experienced home baker, I’ll meet you at your level and help you create a cake you can be proud of – while giving you knowledge you can use long after our class is over.
